Your bill date is also the mail date. Meters are read approximately 10 days prior to bill date.
Your route is the first number on your utility bill account. (Example: Account 123456 would be Route 1. Payment is due upon receipt of bill.)
Utility Billing Dates
1st date below is the billing date and the 2nd date is the due date by 5:00 p.m. A late payment fee may be assessed on bills that have an unpaid balance after the due date.
The 3rd date is the date of disconnection for an unpaid (delinquent) bill. Payment must be received by 5:00 p.m. the day prior to this 3rd date to avoid termination of services and additional penalties.
