Do you take online payments?

  • We not currently able to take payments online.   Due to construction, the Police Department office is closed. Payments may be made by mail. Violations payments may be made at City Hall using the utility payment drop box in the parking lot at 6100 219th St SW.  Please call 425-670-8260 during business hours if you have questions.

How do I get a copy of a police report?

  • You must fill out a Public Disclosure Request (PDR), available online, or you may request records by mail or by calling 425-670-8260 . For regular reports, it is $0.15 per page. For collision reports can be obtained through CrashDocs.org for a fee of $10.00.  

How do I get my Concealed Pistol License (CPL)? THE POLICE BUSINESS OFFICE IS CURRENTLY CLOSED.  CALL 425-670-8260 FOR INFORMATION.

  • You have to fill out the application and schedule a fingerprint appointment. You can only apply for a CPL at the Mountlake Terrace Police Department if you live within the city limits of Mountlake Terrace.

What are the city's noise ordinances?

  • The noise ordinance is on our website.  Hours that excessive noise is prohibited are 10 pm to 7 am.
