Until further notice, City Hall remains closed to the public. During Phase 2 Construction Restart, all permit applications are accepted. Note: Compliance to COVID-19 mandates has created longer permit processing times. Permit applications are located on the specific webpages listed below. 

Intake Appointment Requests are responded to in the order they are received. Please allow at least 5 business days for a date and time confirmation for your appointment.

*The Development Permit intake box is located in the second floor lobby of the interior of the building, by the door to City Hall. A permit specialist will be in contact with confirmation of receipt, and invoice fees due, to begin processing.

Implementation of Phase 2 Construction Restart allows for scheduling of inspections. Your project must have issued permits on-site, require workers to be six-feet apart, and have a developed exposure control, mitigation, and recovery plan*. To schedule an inspection, call 425-775-9694. Please have your permit number and address ready.

*Washington State Department of Labor & Industries will enforce requirements for contractors to comply with comprehensive COVID-19 exposure control, mitigation, recovery plans and safety practices.
