Registration is easy, just choose the program in which you are interested in. We have several registration methods for you to use.
Come in to the Pavilion and we will register you for your class or camp. You will be emailed a receipt confirming payment and the class time and dates.
Payment is required at the time of registration. Please have your credit/debit card handy when calling 425-776-9173.

Emergency Cards & Enrollment Forms
All programs where you will be leaving your minor child with us require an Emergency Card or Enrollment Form. You will find printable versions below. Please fill it out and e-mail or fax it to us. Registration will not be accepted without it.
