You may request public records in person, via mail, e-mail, phone or fax by using the contact information.
Requests for records from the City of Mountlake Terrace should be directed to the city’s Records Officer at City Hall. For written requests, you may download the Public Records request form and mail it or bring it to the city facility you are requesting the record from. Requests for Police records should be directed to the Mountlake Terrace Police Department using the Police records request form below.
Upon receiving a request for records, the city will respond by either:
A fee of 15 cents per page (or per side on two-sided copies) is charged for letter-size copies of documents. Copy charges for non-standard pages, maps, or other media are available on the fee schedule below.
