On Thursday, 4/27, expect lane closures on 236th Street SW. This is for a paving project between Van Ry Boulevard and I-5 during business hours.

Road closures with detours starting Monday 4/24 thru Wednesday 4/26 on 228th St SW and 66th Ave W to 73rd Ave W and 226th St SW.
Bus access will be maintained with slight delays.
Mail delivery and garbage pickup will be maintained.

61st Pl. W will be closed at 212th St. SW from 3/20-4/7 for our water main replacement project. Access to the transfer station/recycling center will be available from 216th St. SW. Thank you for your patience with our project!

Puget Sound Energy will be working at the intersection of 220th SW and 70th Ave W beginning Wednesday 3/1. This will affect eastbound traffic on 220th.

Puget Sound Energy will be installing a new gas main on 52nd Ave W between 220th and 221st.
They will be on the west side of 52nd along the shoulder. They will have flaggers and spotters. Work hours are 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Please use caution driving as creeks are rising. 216th is closed at 68th. We are monitoring 220th near Highway 99 due to water swelling along Hall Creek.

Recreation Pavilion to close at 6:30 p.m. Thursday per winter break schedule.
Pavilion staff plan to open on two-hour delay Friday. However, check back as weather conditions may change.

FYI: We'll be doing some temporary road patching Tuesday on 220th Street SW at 64th Avenue W. Drivers should expect lane closures and delays starting around 9:30 a.m.
This patching is in response to weather conditions in recent weeks.

Veterans Memorial Park will be closed Nov. 30-Dec. 2 for geotechnical work related to the Transit Connection Corridor Project. For safety reasons, please do not enter the park during that time. Drilling equipment will be used to collect soil info.

4-7 a.m. construction approved for weekdays from 11/7-11/25 along the light rail path near 212th Street SW. This is to accommodate concrete delivery and pouring.

A short-term exemption to noise rules was granted for work on the Westside Water Main Improvements Project, to avoid daytime traffic impacts.

PARK ADVISORY: Eagle Scout Candidate Matthew LePere will be working Saturday on the disc golf course at Terrace Creek Park. He is moving holes 12 and 13 to improve flow. Course users likely can play through, but should prepare for potential delays.

Expect slowdowns along Lakeview Drive, on Friday (Sept. 16) near Ballinger Park, as construction crews work to pave the Ballinger Trail. Large trucks will be entering and exiting the site throughout the day. The Senior Center will be closed as well.
